Salcedo, Dominican Republic. This project to equip a Rehabilitation Center in Salcedo, Dominican Republic, was presented to the Rotary District 5110 Matching Grant Committee which met Saturday, July 14, 2012, in Roseburg, Oregon. It was unanimously approved and funded by the Clubs listed below (right hand column) for a total of $7,234 Clubs funding. District designated funds (DDF) were approved in a like amount of $7,234. The Rotary Foundation Matching Grant Application was e-mailed & a signed copy fax'd Sunday, July 15, 2012, then mailed July 16, 2012 to the Rotary Foundation for review and approval of a $10,951 Matching Grant. It's been an exciting weekend, the beginning of our seventh project in the Dominican Republic community of Salcedo.
